What Is BMI?
The Building Moisture Inspection (BMI) class is an IICRC-approved course. The BMI certification is designed to provide knowledge in performing the inspection of the environment inside and outside of a building while taking into consideration the location, design, use, occupancy, history, and the building materials the building is made with.
A Building Moisture Inspection is a critical process that can help identify the cause and origin of the moisture problem, allowing the customer to maintain the building for the health and safety of the occupants.
